Where can I find information on crypto taxation and how to use the software?
First and foremost, we have a comprehensive "Help" section with many guides and tutorials. If you have an exchange, there's a high chance there's a dedicated tutorial on how to integrate it with CryptoBooks in that section! We also have a blog that provides a lot of tax-related information if that's what you're looking for. We host a webinar every Thursday covering topics ranging from the blockchain world to crypto taxation to efficient software usage, and these webinars are then uploaded to our YouTube channel for future reference! But that's not all: every two weeks, we hold exclusive webinars for our customers, where we answer the questions we've collected beforehand. It's truly a premium service that no one else provides! Finally, every Monday, we send a newsletter to all our customers with the most important updates on the crypto world, webinar invitations, product updates—such as new integrations and features released every two weeks—links to new blog articles, and much more! What kind of support do you provide to your customers?

If you are a customer (either in the free trial or with a paid plan), you can also contact the support team through the internal chat service in the software: we have very short response times! Every two weeks, the CryptoBooks team hosts an exclusive Questions & Answers webinar for CryptoBooks customers, and a few days before, we start collecting questions: you will be instructed on how to send them each time, and you will be provided with answers directly during the live session! If you need a premium service, we offer the Crypto Accounting Service: for those who want to delegate their entire bookkeeping to an expert "and not think about it anymore."
